The hall can be reserved by calling 504-464-9610.

DEPOSITS:

A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon signing of contract.

DISC JOCKEY:

Disc Jockeys are permitted with the following restrictions:

– All music must be preapproved

– No music allowed containing profanity

– No dancing

– No Hip Hop

-Christian Music

RESTRICTIONS:

(A) Kitchen

– No food is to be cooked from a raw state, only warming allowed.

– No alcohol allowed.

– No candles allowed.

(B) Reception Hall

– No nails, glue, or tape on walls or floors.

– No alcohol allowed.

 AMENITIES:

            No tablecloths, decorations or extra amenities, etc., will be provided.

            Renters are to provide all the items needed to use the facility.

This addendum is legally binding and cannot be changed or altered without the written
consent of both parties in agreement.

 

SECURITY:
Depending on the event a Jefferson Parish Deputy may be required and will be determined
upon contract agreement/approval.

This cost will be the responsibility of the party renting the facility.
